Beloved in the Lord, we have gathered to worship together to thank God for all of his gifts and to ask him for all we need for body and soul. We confess before God that we have sinned in thoughts, words, and actions, and to receive his forgiveness and renewing grace. The Lord says, Behold, I stand at the door and knock. I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I hope. If anyone hears my
voice and opens the door, I will come into him and eat with him and he with me. Praise the Lord. The Lord's name be praised. Amen.

That which we believe in, provides the downtrodden to despair, and gives them unfeasible wounds. That which we believe in, has authority
over satellites, and gives them their names. Great is our electronic computer, and abundant in power, its understanding is beyond measure. It lifts up high and mighty, and degrades the downtrodden. It is profitable to do PR for that which we believe in. Praise the Lord, it is wonderful, it is pleasing, it is good. The Lord builds up the long cities, and gives the refugees a home. He restores the broken heart, and binds up their wounds. He determines
the number of star clusters, and calls them all by name. Great is our Lord, and abundant in power, his understanding is beyond measure. He lifts up the downtrodden, and degrades the high and mighty. Praise the Lord, it is wonderful, it is pleasing, it is good. Singing with thanksgiving through the great guided missile. Singing the praise of the computer with poor music. He covers the heavens with exhaust candles. He makes sulfur to rain upon the earth. He
clears the forests and flat mountains. He gives mercury to the animals, so that the ravens bear no yonder strife. What does the swiftness of the deer concern him? What does he care about the health of man? He favors those who do not renounce. Those who adjust themselves to his cost estimate. Singing with thanksgiving through the great guided missile. Singing the praise of the computer with poor music. Singing to the Lord with thanksgiving. Singing praise to God
upon the guitar. He covers the heavens with clouds. He makes rain from the earth. He makes grass grow upon the hills. He gives to the animals their food, and to the young ravens their strife. He does not admire the strength of the nuclear reactor, nor does he lie in the swiftness of a missile. He takes pleasure in those who live with the practice for its matter. Those who hope it is impossible. Singing to the Lord with
thanksgiving. Singing praise to God upon the guitar. The epistle is written in the first chapter of the book of James, the 17th and the 18th verses. Every good endowment and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.
Here ends the reading of the epistle. Singing praise to the Lord. The heavens and earth, raise to the seas and barrens, all who live. and furs, hearts and seas and barrens, ears to the lilies and birds, ears to the cities and barren lands, all who live. Father, Son and Spirit, thanks for the sun and rain, thanks for the waters and fire, help us to love the earth, love the lilies and birds, love the cities and barren lands, love the evil and good, Father, Son and Spirit. My soul, I have found your Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God, my Saviour.
Let's start our prayer. Blessed are you, Mary, because of your humbleness, with which God has done such great things. So generation after generation will say, Blessed are you, Mary, Blessed are you, Mary, for His goodness towards you proceeds from generation to generation. He has put down the mighty and exalted the lowest. He has satisfied the hungry and the rich. He has sent the lazy. Hail to the man of power who spreads out over the earth. The
hungry, he has by no means satisfied, but whether man or animals, death follows in his footsteps, by land or by water, and the wrath of his enterprise which makes the rich richer or worse than the air. But God has dominion. He has cared for his servants and has shown mercy from generation to generation. That was then in Abraham's time and Jacob's time, and when Jesus went about helping everyone. Now was the day of salvation. Now is
the time of promise that he will put down the mighty and exalt the lowest. He will satisfy the hungry and send the rich away. Which hungry? The poor people, children in slums, homeless birds in impoverished lands. Yes, and those who hunger for righteousness. Those who hunger for righteousness shall be satisfied. The people of the world who have sung and who love his Spirit as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be forever and
ever. Amen. The Lord be with you. And with your soul. Let us pray. We pray for your creation which is in agony under violences and destruction. Help us to preserve and reveal your works. We pray for wounded humanity which in Christ you have reconciled to yourself. Show us the way to peace and justice on earth. As through the cross and resurrection of your Son you have restored human dignity, so look upon all the downtrodden and oppressed.
Help us to profess the dignity of man. Consider all those who are sick, full of anguish, and alone. Help us to serve you. We pray for the Church which your Holy Spirit gathers together among the nations. Give it that love with which you have loved the world. As you prepare for us a table in your presence, so make your Church an instrument in the world for bread and communion. Amen. Lift up your hearts unto the Lord.
Our hearts are lifted up unto God. Let us give thanks to God our Lord. He alone is worthy of thanks and praise. Lord, because you alone are worthy it is right that always and wherever we are we give you thanks and praise our Father who created will and deed, but also the stillness where heaven visits earth. Through Jesus Christ you have taken away the guilt which we hid in our anxiety and provided peace through his blood.
Therefore, we dare to be still and wait for you. Through your Holy Spirit you have responded to our waiting for your word, and you have sent us into the world with good news and a new song. By you, through you, and for you do all things exist. Therefore, with the whole of creation will we praise you and say, Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed
be who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed are you, Father, of our Lord Jesus Christ, who in Christ has blessed us with all the heavenly world's blessing. Send, we pray, your Holy Spirit to reveal his holy presence in those bounties, these bounties of the fruit of the earth and the work of men, and then remain with us so that in work and labor and rest and refreshment we may remember him
who has dwelt among us with all the heavenly world's blessing. On the night of his great trial, Jesus took bread and gave thanks. He broke the bread and shared it with his friends, saying, take and eat. This is my body given for you. Do this remembering me. Come, Holy Spirit, upon us and upon this bread as seed was scattered over the earth and gathered again into this one bread. So gather your people from the ends of
the earth into one body. Jesus took the cup after supper and gave thanks to his Father. He shared it with his friends, saying, drink from it, all of you. This is the new covenant in my blood poured out for you and for many, for the forgiveness of sin. Drink from the cup of blessing. Share his death and life. He is coming soon. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy
kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not from temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Stand. Reveal to us through the mystery which today we have entered into the mystery which is a single bread and
a single humanity in Jesus Christ. In your presence we steal our harm for what is happening to the world. We have seen the poisonous cloud through the big cities, dead fish in poisoned waters, and birds struck down by blight. We have seen signs of overpopulation which foreshadow even more starvation upon the earth. We ask for the wisdom and courage to bear witness to you and to do something about the condition of the world. We pray for
the Church which in its disunion denies both you and mankind for the great powers which fear each other more than they fear the world's For our own nation which helps the poor with only crumbs from its rich table. In your presence we remember nations far away and nations in this part of the world where your humanity is denied. We remember the thorough fairs of need and forsakenness which go forth in our own city and which we
very deeply reflect. As you have become one of us summing up all need and agony and cross so let the world also see this sign, the sign of your crucified humanity and discover that all men belong together and are dependent upon one another as they are dependent on you. Even as you sent Jesus Christ in answer to our prayers bred for our hunger help us now in Christ to be your answer to those who lack what
we have in abundance. Help us to hear the cry which you have heard to see the need which you have seen to serve the humanity which you have served in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. Glory be to God on high and on earth peace, good will toward men. We sing the praise we worship you we give you thanks for all your words. Lord God you rule beyond all stars and create every blade of grass upon the
earth you look down upon the worlds of need and are to us a father we sing your praise we worship you we give you thanks for all your words. Jesus Christ you have borne our pain and taken our guilt from us risen you are always with us eternally praying for us in the Father's presence. We sing your praise we worship you we give you thanks for all your words. Holy Spirit you continually renew the countenance of
the earth and give life to the world you give consolation to sinners and light our way home to the Father to the Father. We sing your praise we worship you we give you thanks for all your words. Amen. The Lord bless you and keep you the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious onto you the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace in the name of the Father and of
the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
