NotesAt Meeting and Tradd Streets is the edifice whose congregation was organized in 1731. Formed by twelve Scottish families, it united with the Presbyterian Church, U.S. in 1882. Present Sanctuary was built in 1814 and has been damaged by earthquake, tornado, hurricane and fire. Its wrought-iron work is notable.
