NotesThe completed structure was dedicated in 1876 by Bishop Matthew Simpson. The Church occupies the corner of Delaware Avenue and Tupper Street, extending 90 feet along Delaware and 175 feet along Tupper. The style of architecture is pure gothic. The material is Medina sandstone with Connecticut stone for trimmings. The interior trimmings are of solid rosewood. The impression the church conveys is one of stately simplicity.
